Evo 3 rebuid

Hi . Good day to all
It's Lancer Evo 3. All standard spec. Plan to get some engine full overhaul.
My target power decent 350 bhp (at engine)

My plan specs are :

TD05-20G
Extetnal wastegateBovInjectors 600cc
Walbro 255 lph. Is this sufficient for 350 bhp?
Fuel pressure regulator
Intercooler upgrade . Can suggest which intercooler?
Forged rods. Can suggest which value price rods?Forged pistons. Can suggest which value price pistons?
King bearingsARP boltsCometic gasketClutch. This thing im not clear. Better more puck or less puck ? Brand?
Honda K20 plug coilAll 3" exhaust system
Engine management. Could Greddy e-manage Ultimate handles my planned spec? Or Microtech LT9C. Or MaxxEcu Mini ?

Thanks

The stock turbo is fine for 350hp, no need to go any bigger. The external wastegate isn't strictly necessary either, the stock wastegate can handle it too. I would use 750cc injectors just to be on the safe side, but something around 650cc would work. Walbro 255 is fine for 350hp on non-ethanol gas. The stock intercooler is right around its limit at 350whp; I would try it on the stock cooler and piping and only replace it if you start having IAT issues. For rods, Eagle H-beams will be fine, along with a Wiseco piston. There aren't really any bad choices for forged pistons at that power level. King bearings are good, ARP head studs are a good idea. It's not a bad idea to do ARP main studs, but not essential at that power. Puck type clutches are bad for the street, so a basic ACT or Southbend would be more suitable. The stock ignition is very capable and you wouldn't find any additional power by going COP. The catback is a good idea, and a 3" downpipe isn't a waste. For ECU, just a simple ECMLink setup - it's much simpler, cheaper, and will do what you need it to.

It would do what you need it to, but why would you rewire your car to run a piggyback when you could have something that is plug-and-play for your car for a similar price? I don't think the E-Manage has nearly as much support as the ECMLink either. Piggyback ECUs are a thing of the past.
