Turboing a 4g92

Hello everyone
I recently go the great idea (or the worst idea, idk) of turboing my 4g92 SOHC
I've been looking for information about the engine strenght because of the extra pressure, since there is little information about this I decided to ask here.
So... Does anyone knows how much HP will the pistons, bearings, block and rods will allow before they fail?, my major concern are the rods since there is people that said that they are weak and other that they will withstand up to 300 horsepower. Here I'm talking about stock parts, not forged ones.
Another thing is how many PSI or HP is ok or safe so my engine doesn´t blow up.
Thanks
