G'day all new to this and Evo,s interested to know if anyone can help with an Evo 7 turbo problem I have purchased new actuator and boost solenoid but still no joy previous attempt by someone makes me think hoses could be positioned wrong can I bypass any modifications and have a basic setup to see if it is working any help appreciated

there is supposed to be a restrictor pill in one of the lines. can't remember which one off the top of my head
