running rich/ break up under light load.

so iv been on a few month old basemap to break in my clutch, 5k rpm redline and wastegate pressure. recently iv been experiencing a break up when still in vacuum to low/mild boost around 2800-3500rpm. my afrs drop to 10-13 during this but if i floor the gas it pulls great and sorts it's self out. if i stay light on the gas it back fires and hesitates. i'm tuned on speed density and have already replaced the front o2, tps, and cam position sensor. i have a new AIT sensor on the way and am considering getting a new MAP sensor even tho my current omni 4 bar has like 600 miles on it. i have also been running rich overall intermittently, i can smell raw gas at idle and my oil reeks of fuel. i'm also getting booked for a re tune and i'm hoping that helps, any suggestions or advice is much appreciated.
mods: built motor, gsc s2's, ported head, fp red, speed density, tail VTA, fic 1200s, stm wastegate dump dp.

Step 1) Stop throwing parts at it. You are just lighting the money on fire without a diagnosis.
Step 2) Get a tuner to look it over and give you a complete tune. I'd bet that it will solve a fair bit of what you are experiencing and anything it doesn't solve will be a lot easier to troubleshoot if you can eliminate tune.
