Drivetrain noise on downshift and take off

I recently did my rear diff bushings and mustache bar bushings. I know that this is supposed to get rid of the rear clunk during shifts. Ever since I did this mod, I hear a clanking noise in the rear. I had a buddy put it up in the air and we had someone put it in gear and drive on the lift. Noise sounds like it’s coming from the front now. Whenever I’m engaging 1st from a stop, it sounds like ball bearings in a bottle being shaken and sometimes I hear it from the 3 to 2 downshift at low speed. There is no whine, or any other noises. Car has 109k on it, Exedy stage 2 clutch, oem flywheel, monoloc. Stock Tran’s with Mt-85 , Stock t case with heavy duty shockproof and stock rear diff with heavy shock proof. Is this noise normal after bushings or is there anything I should look for?

I’ve had a friend drive my car today and the noise is very apparent when at a stop and lifting the clutch pedal quickly. Sound maybe coming from under the center console and I’m unsure how much play is normal for the carrier bearings.
