Best Cam timing HKS 264 Int/Exh
What have people found to be the best cam gear setting for HKS 264 cams?
I am going to install them this weekend. The only other mods I have are a 3"TB with highflow cat, K&N air filter on 91 octane. I will install a 255 FP soon after getting a reflash.
I have read & heard everything between 0/0 through -4/-4?
If you have these cams in your car with the same basic mods, dyno'd or have driven such, please reply.
Thanks

I have my 272/272 set at -4/ -1 3/4. I would say to play with them some and start with -3/-3 and go from there.
Either way you're going to love them.

I'd leave them at zero for now since your still running stock turbo and intercooler. 264's are known to run the best with mild bolt-ons . Just look at Buschur's dyno sheet's he was able to extract 350+ to the wheels on 264's w/out cam gears. But if you want a little top end pull, retard them both about -1 to -2 on both gears. Get it dyno'd though cause vehicles tend to react different with diff. mods.
