Whats better for gauges? Mech or Elec

Just wondering whats better to get a gauge in, Mechanical or Electronic? Or it doesnt matter? Cause i hear Electronics are not accurate or maybe the other way around.

What type of gauges? EGT? Oil Pressure/temp? etc?

I would get the electrical gauges because it's easier to install plus if you were getting the Oil gauges the chances of oil spilling inside your car would be non existant..

For your Evo you should skip the Air/fuel gauge and go for the Boost, EGT and Oil Pressure or Temp.

I don't know why people spend extra moneyo n an electrical boost guage. It's 1 vaccum tube.

I'd get mechanical boost, electric rest.
