Hey!!! I know this is an old thread but I am having the exact same problems. Same light everything.... Does anyone know what could be going wrong? I have the light wired to the medium green wire with a white stripe. (pin 58) and when I start my car the light shows that my settings are for a 4 cyl and set at 3000 (just for testing) but then the light never comes on so I need a different rpm wire. I was thinking the one from the coil pack maybe? HELP!!!!

Do you have the correct Cylinder selection? I am looking at my install instructions ATM. Per the Raptor site it looks like you have to connect it to the negative side of the coil pack, although I have mine pined to #45 on the EMS.

Hey when you turn on the ign does the light flash once?? Check your ground and power wires!! You might have a bad connection,,Wire straight to the battery just to make sure you have a good connection!!! If nothing works then youj have a bad shiftlight,,,,, I bought this shift light http://www.harlan-engineering.com/st...hiftlight.html

A direct connection to the battery is a very bad idea as it is not fused...

The light comes on and flashes at me to indicate the current settings. I hooked the positive and negative up to my boost controller. Does the negative need to be on the coil? I thought that was the whole point of pin 58. I'm up for anything. Keep the ideas coming.
