maybe water pump? There are also idler pulleys with bearings in that area. Investigate.

Well, the accessory belt is pretty much toast by 50K. So, you may be in need of a new one.

tensioner and bearings, try putting real (non silicone) grease on the moving part, watch out for not touching the belt with it
