That's quite a lot of work, although it does look rather nice. You'll probably see zero hp gains, sorry to say. But over the long run it should look nice.

As for that sillyness in your signature, may god help you.

It should be good for at least some gains. I have no "sillyness" in my signature...

Now I am thinking about the ForcedPerformance 10.5 titanium turbo with a Helix O2 housing as my next upgrade (both ceramic coated). Gonna buy myself a Christmas present :-)

My Christmas present will be to source one of the new 10.5 turbos off an '05 (buy it used) and then send it to forced performance. I'll have them port the turbo, see if I can get a ti turbine wheel, and ceramic coat the exhaust housing to go with my GT fabrications ceramic coated 3" O2 housing

Because the new turbos have a revised wastegate that delivers better boost response.

Keep in mind you may have to buy a different O2 housing to fit that "newer" turbo... I believe it has already been posted that the newer turbo has a different O2 housing part number. Now it remains to be seen whether the different year parts will bolt up or not.

Zeus: CAPS lists all O2 housings as the same part number.

I didn't reaqlize the '05 turbo was better. How hard will it be to find a used one though? I guess maybe junk yards after someone totals one. Or maybe if someone upgrades to an aftermarket turbo they would sell the stock turbo. Let me know if you are able to find one and what you had to pay for it...

I'm assuming someone will upgrade to a different turbo pretty quickly. A lot of people want a "better" evo (including me). The new '05 turbos have a dual circular wastegate, IIRC.
