This was an unnecessary post. I actually am the opposite of you, though. I had a BR 3" turbo-back in the past, but sold it to get a Vishnu standard/TaipanXP. I couldn't be happier with it. I dynoed them on different types of dynos, though, so cannot make a direct comparison.

Im going to assume he means the Espelir since that exhaust sucks hardcore. its 3" but tapers to like 2" at the resonator.
Not sure if they own them but they are the sole US importers/dealers

Above post is correct. Mackin does not own the above companies, but distributes them throughout the USA.

I believe that Buschur offers an option to use a Magnaflow muffer instead of the Buschur muffler. It should keep the exhaust to a more tolerable volume.

When I had my Buschur exhaust I had the Magnaflow muffler. A friend had the standard muffler. I'm not sure if there is any slight restriction in the Magnaflow unit, but I liked the way mine sounded a lot better than his! Realize, though, that we were both running test pipes and full 3" downpipes too, and would be significantly louder than a cat-back system.

The Buschur Magnaflow sounded pretty angry under WOT, like it meant business.

Why don't you have it anymore? This is the exhaust I've been thinking about getting. Any problems? Based on this thread, I don't think you should have gotten rid of it because of lack of power.

Dude, the reason I bought the So-called Vishnu exhaust was because of the craftsmanship, build quality and most of all the fact that the downpipe has the o2 housing eliminator built right into it. That feature I still love and the exhaust sound is awesome. Hp wise I made 335/332 thru the cat with it also so it is a good exhaust, I give TAIPAN XP major props, but after the nightmare Vishnu put me thru waiting for a cat delete pipe I paid 3 months in advance for they are not ever getting business from me. I am not bashing by any means the Taipan exhaust I am happy with it, BUT if Buschurs outflowed everyone elses and I have always dealt with them with 500% satisfaction that's where I'm headed. I'm willing to give up the purdy one for the more horsepower one. Regardless of what anyone says on the forums Dude, people have their preferences and that is the wonderful part of this hobby we all have choices.........So go on and make yours man, more power to you.........GOD BLESS

Strange, I got my B&B catback off of one of Vivids employee's car and he dynoed like 18 whp gains with it. Then again they dynoed the whole turbo back system. Had I not gotten such a great deal on the B&B, I would have gotten a Buschur with Maganflow muffler.

Also, B&B is pretty heavy (between 25-30 pounds).
