Different dyno so it hard to say which one is faster plus Houston is a lot hotter than Illinois. 394WHP and 411 WHP could be the same. The question is what does a Stock EVO do on avergae for both dynos on average since even the same DYNO can vary by 20WHP? I believe that the DYNO Doug used does 220WHP.

What does stock evo do at DYNO in Houston? (220ish?)

What does the stock EVO at AMS do? (250ish?)

Modified car magazine had 250ish WHP for stock EVO at AMS so that is where I got the number.

Please correct me if I am wrong but based on my math Doug would make well over 440WHP on an AMS dyno 2wd dyno.

Peace,
Snoop

Snoop your correct stock evo's dyno right around 220ish on the turbochargers.com awd dyno jet. I feel I could have possibly pulled out around 10hp from leaning it out a bit but didn't want to chance anything so far from home. Also was the 411whp dyno'd on a 2wd dyno and not a 4wd dyno.

You guys are right .. AMS does have a 2WD .. We put down 404 hp and 401 ft lbs on the same setup above with 100octane unleaded. This was on a dynojet awd ..

Great numbers ... AEM is a great system

Hopefully by Friday we (Shane, Doug, ME) will be dynoing on a Dyno Jet 2wheel. After it is done and said we will post. The hole was dug all day today and from what I hear it was a sand storm at Boost Solutions. You will hear from us soon.

Nice numbers, but it would be good to know what is the max power with 93-95 pump gas.

Tuned by AMS in Chicago on 100 octane @ 25-26 peak boost tapering to 21 pounds.

Here are the engine mods:

AEM EMS w/ FJO wb, AEM 3.5 bar MAP, GM iat, and GM boost solenoid
HKS RS Suction kit
B&B Turbo back
HKS 272/272 cams with Fidanza cam gears @ AMS's settings
HKS 1.0mm metal head gasket
ARP head studs
Buschur intercooler and intercooler piping. Upper and lower. (Now have the AMS I/C and lower piping)
Tial Bov
Buschur 680 injectors and fuel pump
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator @ stock settings

I don't have a dyno graph from my pump gas run but I put down 350hp/335trq roughly on 93 pump gas and 21 pounds of boost.

nevermind, i thought the 411whp dyno was on a AWD dyno. Still impressive though.

I guess Turbotrix's evo has the record for stock turbo power on a AWD dyno.

404whp and 401wtq on 100 octane.

Does anyone have any trick setups on the stock turbo with the icky 91oct gas? Race gas is nice and all but a little tough to do a commute on. What's the record for 91 oct, stock turbo?

KC evo what AFR did you run on that dyno pull and what were your intake temps measured by the aem? My AFR was really safe 11.5 and the intake temps were around 113 because of the hot houston heat. I am sure that I can pull more out of it with a more aggressive tune but didn't want to being so far home. Nice Dyno Graph by the way looks like you an I have very similar curves and setups.
