Do you really think that for 250 bucks you're getting a quality tubular manifold?

SAS auto chrome is a bad company, they just re sell cheap merchandise from asia, it's 304 stainless, the thinnest stainless in any manifold. The HKS manifold has like 414 stainless.

Ahhh.. no wonder why they can make one-piece runners like that. That thin walled tubing bends easy!

I'd worry about long term cracking.

Actually it is the thickest walls of any tubular manifold. SHow me another manifold that is thicker then 2.7mm. Most are 2.0 or 2.3. Also it has a liftime warranty from cracking. If it cracks take a picture email them it and they will next day air another one. I got it for the price i figure for $300 i cant go wrong. So far i have been very impressed with the welds, supports, chroming, thickness, and port and polish they do to match the gasket.

I just e-mailed them about these headers because they are not listed on their web site, and they don't have a "buy it now" button on the e-bay sale. I don't want to pay over $300 ( that is what the honda setups are going for on their site). I doubt if I get a response before the auction ends though and I don't want to have to wait a long time for the next auction to start and run it's course..... sort of in a quandry here!

They are very slow on responding to emails. But i can tell you as soon as one auction ends normally within a day the next one starts. Ever since i got mine i have been watching to see how the price compares to what i got mine for.

Can you snap some shots of your header then? I'd like to see what you got.

I tried to upload the pix agian but it wont let me becouse i already posted them on the thread. I think if you go to the first page you will be able to find them. Look guys i understand the problems people have had with these manifolds i was willing to take that risk for the price. All i was trying to do was help out the guys that are looking for a good looking manifold and dont want to pay $1000 for one. I might end up getting a different manifold if this one does end up to be a piece of $hit but you never know maybe it will end up being ok and then you got a score for the price. I would just appriciate not getting flamed for trying to help people out. By the way i drilled a hole into runner one and tapped it for my EGT gauge. I measured it before i did this and it was 2.5mm thick. A little off the 2.7 but maybe it is 2.7 in certain spots dont know. But 2.5 is still really good.

Thank You
Chris
