Did you remove the oil pan and just do it with the head still on the motor?

I installed arp rod bolts on my engine this summer and have put 4k miles on them thus far. I have not had a single issue by doing this. I made about 200 passes this summer and the car is strong as can be.

What procedure did you use, engine out of vehicle or dropping the oil pan? This is what most of us want to know, tia.

Cheers Steve

It would be hard to distinguish between a rodbolt snapping causing eng failure or engine failure causing a bolt to snap.

After all, the only thing that can cause a bolt to snap in a healthy engine is 9000 rpm or a defect or careless bolt stretch

removed the downpipe, starter, oil pan and removed and installed them one at a time. Torqued the way the card that comes with the arp studs says too.

Didn't guage them for one torque? Might be able to get around this if replacing same parts but those might have a different clamping load.

How easy did the OEM bolts come out?
