When im coasting down a hill at around 40 and off the gas in like 3rd or 4th gear.. every 5 or so seconds i get a light surge and then it smooths out again.. Anyone know what this is.. Ive had this on previous cars as well. No my AC is off as well as my other applications..

Probably fluctuations in the intake caused by the BOV...I get the same thing with my HKS SSQV at certain RPMs...it's not uncommon in turbo cars, especially modified ones...try shifting gears and see if that helps...
