Surging issue

Well, I have been fighting a surging issue with my IX for some time now. The problem is much worse when it is colder outside, so it hasn't been as bad lately. What happens is under slight boost >10psi cruising if I let off the gas it bucks really bad. I spoke to Clay about it and he said it was surging. So I changed my driving habbits to let off fully to prevent this, although at times it is pretty hard to do in normal driving.

Anyways, I decided to try an expirement today to see if it helped any. I VTA the bov to see if it made a difference. Idle was fine, driving at first was great, no more surging at all. That lasted about 3 miles and it started the same surging again.

Any other IX owners expierencing this?

Car has an intake, MBC, TBE, and flash. Thats it.

Girlie, is your MBC T-ed into the same line as your BOV? Others have experienced surging/fluttering when it was done that way.

If that's the case I would try a different source.

Sounds like your BOV isn't fully opening.
