I sugest this "mod" for every performance car. normaly I just buy my own ends and cable and custom make it for my cars. but you can buy a kit like this and do much the same.

the idea here is to ground to multiple points (fire wall, transmission, block, head fenders etc..) which gives many paths for the eletrical system.

If your statement is VAILD why have I not seen a grounding kit on any drag racing evos?

Its only noticeable during idle. It does help reduce the bogging associated with the A/C.

why would you pay $35 for a bunch of wires and ends when you can just go to a car audio store buy some 4 guage wire and some ends for $10 and you can have it what ever color you want.

While I agrree in principal that the grounding kits are expensive, the better ones on the market , in my experience, tend to not discolor like the car audio stuff does. I had purchased a home made kit for my car that used 4 guage wire, and over the course of 4 months, the wires were brown and just looked nasty. I swapped them out for an HKS kit I had in stoc, and 6 months later, the HKS still look as new as the day I put them in
