Exedy sliping

I put a Exedy single disc and flywheel in my Evo Feb this year. And already started slipping. I go out and buy a $1000 clutch setup and 6 months later it starts slipping. The is mainly used for hwy but little racing now and then..... but you figure you buy performance parts and then take it easy and they fail faster..... I Called RRE and they suggested ACT...... The Exedy clutch was what they put in their Greddy Evo and he said it failed after the first week it was in.... And all they is problems with Exedy....... so i guess we'll see....... One good thing i have not thrown a p0300 code for over 250 miles

See that why I spent the extra dough to get the Cusco Twin plate. I figured do it once and do it right.

Did this cause your t-case to go or was it something else?

Yes, keep us updated because I already spent enough money on clutches and the last thing I need right now is to spend 2k on a f-ing t-case.

yea the ats is a great set up. but really pricy.... a friend of mine put in the HKS twin disc. then while he was at the track. either ceter diff or t case went out.... it made the front wheels lock up like lsd which could be a bennifit at the strip but he said it made the turning radius suck even more..... and then you get the tires streeking around a turn. he put it all back to stock and it now sits at dealer.. and they want $4000 to repair.....
