Just because I think this is somewhat useful. I now have 37,000 miles and still have no more issues with shifting besides the 5th gear problem. That is being taken care of with the dealer since there is a TSB out on it. I am still using the same fulids that are listed in post #13

Tonight I changed all the fluids. I used all Redline products. For the tranny I used MT-90, the transfer case I used lightweight shockproof and the rear diff I used 75W90. I could not believe my 4th gear problems were solved. I was very stupid to not have changed my fluids sooner, but everything is much much better now. The job was very easy. It only took me and a friend at most 1 hour to change all 3. If you have shifting problems I would sugg. doing this asap.

sorry for asking this guys but what's BG fluid? and i'm having the high rpm grinding problem too. It happens to my 4th gear if i'm in 5th or 6th and go back to 4th ( not racing) it'll grind a little and not want to go into gear but when the rpm is lower it goes in no problem. I want to change the fluids on my car but i don't know which one. Please list in full details. thank you

i used to have bgII syncroshift 75w-80 it became very smooth but i noticed that when i roadraced my car the shifter became notchy so i looked at the owners manual and it says to use 75w-90 so i switch to motul gear300 75w-90 fully synthetic know the notchy feeling is only in the morning once it warms up it shifts smooth and when roadracing its always smooth! in the transfer case i use diaqueen and on the rear diff i also use diaqueen!
