Ummmmm...if you really want a mod that will grow with you, Cusco double plate carbon clutch...and then save for other mods

 

excellent point. i think that driving school is the best "mod" for the money, however if you are going with power, a clutch is a great choice.

 

I'd go with turbo-back exhaust and Xede chip.

I love handling, so I'd probably get the quaife front LSD.. with installation it should be around 2 grand. It's still in the prototype phase right now but should be available in a few months. Search for 'quaife' for more info...

 

Another reason why I'd pick the quaife is because who knows how long it will be available? WIth the 05's getting standard front LSD's across the board (and I presume a different transfer case) there simply aren't that many cars that can use the Quaife.. I imagine the market will get sucked up in a year and then you won't be able to get it anymore.

Just got buy a Buschur Stage 1. Best bang for the buck, and its an easy install. Reflashing is great too, but more money. You can buy a BR1 for 1400 bucks, then have 600 left over to do whatever the hell you want.

I have a cusco clutch too. Aside from horrid deceleration noise from the throwout bearing, its the best thing thats happen to my launch techniques. The car can spin 4 cold tires when done properly. Of course, those were Sumitomos in the winter, but hey, whos counting!?

 

those twins are great. i can spin all 4 of mine no problem.

 

i would put the AEM EMS on your car...after doing all of my mods and finally doing the EMS...i wish i made it my first mod from the beginning

 

I vote utec or vishnu plus a full turbo back exhaust (including o2 housing). DOn't forget to include labor : )

 

Cat-back exhaust, the rest of the money use it for race track events and see what the Evo is capable of !
