Wow, you sound a little upset. With those mods, you will have around 410 hp,
from what I have read. But, I have seen stock turbo Evos run in the 11's, and I am sure that would hurt some STi's.
But, why go after STi's. If they were that great, Sport Compact Car would not have ripped theirs apart and painted it with flat black spray paint from K-Mart (or Wal-Mart). That has to be a sign of complete frustration. You don't see them doing that with the Evo.

It would be good to leave your car with the best tuner in your area.
Be carefull because your car won't run better just throwing parts at it. You have to know which one work together with the other, I mean, choose your rpm band and then buy the parts for that specific rpm.
