turbo gauge

hey waz up. i had my evo for about three months now and i never really look that the turbo gauge while i was driving for the reason its so low(under the radio) while i notice that when i hit full boost the gauge goes to the middle of 1.0 and 1.5 bar. is that normal or do i have turbo leak already. my evo is stock besides my intake.

That's about right. 19 psi = about 1.3 hKPa(units for the Mitsu boost gauge). Then, beyond 5000 RPM, it should drop to around 16.5 psi = about 1.14 hKPa. It may occasionally spike higher than that, especially as it starts to get cooler out, but it doesn't seem like you have a boost leak.
