New timing belt?does anyone replace it when they get new cams?

just wondering if anyone replaced they timing belts or any other belts when they got new cams,and cam gears?i'm looking into some 272,and new cam gears.or are you guys using the stock belts?thanks y'all

Why would you want to change a belt that doesnt even have close to 60,000 miles on it? Why spend extra money for no reason?

No need buddy still new,unless you somehow damaged it and would take alot more work..........then just installing cams

I think he means replace it with a better or stronger one.

John, you only have 5 or so thousand miles? Just leave the stock one for now. If you had over 30K or so and you want to ward off a change at 60K, then do it.

I would say get the Greddy belts if you have the cash to throw away. Otherwise leave the stock one in. I will get one, but I'm also at 30,000 miles
