Aftermarket Acuator?

Aftermarket Acuator?
Does anyone know who makes a good aftermarket acuator? Stock acuator doesn't like 1.5 bar. Been toying with the idea of using a strong door spring. Surprisingly I am not having any luck with my parts guy in Japan. Ironically most things are cheaper ordering from the states anyway! Thanks for any info you can give me.
