What did you do about the fork acuator feed line?

Which manifold are you using? A standard Evo VIII turbo manifold with the 4G94 exhaust manifold flange welded on will not have the turbo sitting that low. Can you post more pictures of the overall setup around the head, block, turbo and manifold?

I had to make an adapter plate out of steel. i have some sort of diagram on the setup of the actuator lines and exc. Ill see if i can find it.
