Cat Back help....Need advice

I currently have an HKS dp,, Ultimate 2.5" HF cat. and WORKS Exhale. Im looking to quite my evo down a bite here, and looking for a cheap, and good quality cat back or muffler. While getting rid of the WORKS exhale axel back.

Also how restrictive is the mid pipe stock on the evo, I know it has 2 resinators. Do the other cat back systems have the resinators in the mid pipe, or does the muffler just quite things down a bit?

And also what is a good muffler if I were to just go that route? Is the MagnaFlow one of the better ones. Im looking for a deep non raspy tone. Also this is going to have to hook up to my Ultimate racing HF 2.5" cat.

Thanks alot.

Buschur's cat-back system is top notch. I would go w/ that or the Helix system due to price and fit/finish. Both excellent quality products. Never heard the Helix exhaust though.

I'm working on something... I'm waiting on the prototype, but do not have an ETA yet.

Helix seems to be one of the best buys right now... and Megan too, but last I heard you still had to have your own O2 bung welded in the Megan for an OE fit.

I love my RnR 3in catback and catco 3in highflow cat. It flows really well, looks great, fits PERFECTLY, and the magnaflow muffler keeps it reletivly quiet. Ryan is the man and he will hook you up.

the 3" espelir catback that i use has a nice v6 sounding throatiness. also comes with a silencer (real restrictive) & has 1 resonator on the midpipe. extremely high quality JDM piece for a reasonable price. of course my turbo xs bov is still louder...
