That's what I'm talkin' bout
The rear bumper doesn't look like the current US Lancer bumper cover. That's one of my biggest concerns, whether or not we're going to get the huge shelf-like rear bumper cover of the current Lancer. Or maybe Mitsu will put on a smaller cover like the one in the pic seems to have.
OK OK OK! By the way I am very new he so go easy. There are aftermarket dealerships selling EVO now. Problem is DSM geeks like us can contact these dealerships. Private cross racers with plenty of money pay these after market dealership to take a stock Lancer and make a EVO. Infact in dallas a personally know a Japanise native in my car club who drives a 2.0 naturally asipirated Lancer with every piece of the EVO body kit.(which he inported) Not saying the EVO is a fraud but saying if you have the money you can get it inported the parts and even the complete car Jap specs. But for us smucks with 30k available credit burning holes in our pockets my sources say April - June my car will be in the US and ready for me to pick up.
BOOYA!
Hey guys. I've had these pictures for a long time now. I think you'll find them interesting.

Notice the red SS next to the Evolution. The owner of that car took the pictures of the EVO. He mentioned the driver of the EVO was more interested in the SS than talking about the EVO. The EVO was on its way to a Museum. That is NOT a US spec EVO VII but it is LHD.

Oh, the SS only dynos at the wheels at 300 hp and 510 ft-lbs... You can see more of it at http://routney.com/67_ss_chevelle.htm. Back up a bit and also check out the links for the 67 Camaro. I'm slowly trying to convert him to more modern cars ;-)

I work in Gardena and saw at least 3 vehicles that were not supposed to be on road 4-7 months ahead of its production. (Lexus IS300, Lexus SC430, Infiniti G35 - yesterday) Guess what, there are HQ for Toyota and Nissan in mile radius of where I work at.
I don't know if you guys are aware but they have Mitsubishi HQ right there in Cypress, CA. (only about 40 miles away from W.LA) I bet some high exec decided to take the car out for his/her ride like what I saw in last couple of years around Gardena.

I would be taking some detours to get back wherever I was going
