Yup ppl gotta stop crying about markups over msrp, Remember a car is worth wut a man pays. Not wut a sticker says,i kno ppl dont like to get ript off, but there are people who just want the car and dont mind the extra loss take government and economics classes they will tell you. IF DEMAND FOR GOODs ("EVO MR ") RISES SO DOES ITS VALUE AND PRICES. Lets be honest now if you had a buisness and you kno there is a demand for your product, your not going to go dirt cheap if people really wanted it, you would try to dish it out for the most money you can, and if that fails you lower it. Same thing with cars there is a markup for couple of months if no one baits after awhile the markup goes away cuase the demand starts to fall and so does the value in the sellers and buyers mind

If he can afford paying more than the vehicle is worth and is happy with that, more power to him. We all pay more than things are worth on a daily basis, for a myriad of reasons.

I think all of the EVOs are comparable, I would be the last person to think the MR is a lot better than all of the other EVOS. If the price would have been out of my league for the MR, I would have bought a standard EVO in a second. Hell I would have bought an RS if it came in black.

Granted, I have never owned an EVO, but I think is is an awesome car no matter which one you get. I will also say, as some already have, I will hardy ever use the ACD, unless it allows me to do someting really ignorant (burnouts, powerslides, etc).

I just bought an MR today from Snorre/Eric at San Rafael Mitsubishi. I've been buying cars from them for a while so I'm like family to them. Although I didn't expect to buy the MR because I just looked at it the other day. Now its in my driveway.

Shout out to Pete at WorksRally because he had paid for an MR already that was waiting at San Rafael Mitsubishi and he gave me his MR so I didn't have to wait for the next shipment. You the man Pete. Thanks!
Congrats on your new purchase, have fun and welcome back to the EVO family, wait I drive a Sentra, it's still all good.

I just knew somebody was going to say that. Its like yellow type R's and blue Civic Si's and WRX's. You'd think that was the only color they made them in. When they start spreading out all over the country in customer's hands it won't seem that bad.

That gray is off the chain.

I just checked out the pics on page 1 and I agree, they are a bit bigger vertically. I wonder if this is exclusive to the MR or is now standard on all '05's.
