Truckload of MR's (pictures are cool)
Gratz, hopefully I will have mine next week.
Sucks that they drilled that lisc plate frame right in there tho.
I know its required........if you have to run a front plate in your state......but if you speak with the dealer nicely he will usually lay off on putting it on. Then of course your on your own as far as tickets are concerned....but at least the nose looks sexy, right? =p

Just bought an MR
Just bought an MR from Max Madsen in Countryside, IL yesterday. Ride is smooth and way better than the Z, RX-8 (all i can compare to). I can't judge it against a regular evo because I've never driven one before. I ahve yet to play with the ACD and the vortex generators don't do jack in city driving. Expect to pay an extra 2k for a "The Protector" package which is already installed on what I think are on all MRs. Find out more about it here http://www.ecpinc.net. From my experience, dealers will not go under MSRP. So pay it and live with it. Anyway, with taxes and everything, it came out to be at around 41k. I'll post up pictures either later today ,tomorrow, or whenever it stops raining here in Chicago....
41k? Yikes!!!! Congrats on the car though!
They have the "Desert Protection Package" BS here, which is also a $2k markup. I for one will never pay any markup. If a dealership wants my business they can expect me to pay no more than MSRP (+T,T,L of course).
