Talking New Tarmac Black '05

Just bought a tarmac black evo this past weekend. The car is great. Driving it makes me feel better about dropping close to 38k to get it off the lot. I paid MSRP basically through Digizzital. Great guy, better salesrep. I'd recommend him to anybody. He worked really hard to find my car and get it for MSRP.

Anyway, I was wondering what should be next for the car? I'm looking for maintenance type stuff like hyper ground and trans fluids or engine oil recommendations. I'm also heard about removing the restrictor and getting steel clutch line. Any experience from other evo owners is greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is a repost. I really just wanted to give props to Digizzital but i thought i would ask a question while i'm at it.

A Tarmac Black what? GS-R? GS-R w/S/S/L? Are you color blind and bought a Graphite Grey MR? $38K is a good deal, I paid over $40K for mine.

it was MSRP + LA tax and license + insurance binder, brother. maybe it's cause other states have lower taxes. i've seen 37 and 38 for some people further east on an MR.

I just bought a Ralliart yesterday, and the dealer had an MR in the showroom. They were asking 39.9k for it, and that's before tax, title, license, etc. The guy also said demand was high enough they would NOT come down on that, so...

BTW... 38k may sound like a lot. But i forgot to mention that it was basically painless for me. I just had to go in, sign the papers (after getting the ok from my mom, slight pain) and make sure not to scrape on my way out. Dizzigital fount the car, got it to a local dealer and negotiated price for me. All before i got in. Its ideal if you hate sneaky salesman tactics. Besides, 38 isnt bad for a machine that can make all my problems disappear by simply taking a highway onramp.
