Regardless of the opportunity, those cars belong to other ppl and taking them would be theft. If one of those belongs to George, I guess 6someone with a claim against him could put a lien of some sort on the car and take it as collateral for whatever George owes him but I'm not sure about the legality of even doing this.......

everything at the former BS now belongs to the landlord and he needs to rent the place and move on. If somebody is interested in those cars, send me a message and I'll give you his name and number.

Also, if somebody is interested in starting their own shop, now might be a good time to work out a good deal on that building. A couple of people have asked me about investing in a business there, I think it could be a good business if it is managed correctly.

We CAN NOT let George Marinov walk away from screwing, stealing from, and generally laughing at all of us that thought we were dealing with a man with some kind of honor or a business run by a person with an ounce of integretity. He may be able to hide behind the local authorities (Gwinett County seems protect the "good ole boy" system). I took the "georged" label because of the low life bum *&%^#%^ I received from Geore Marinov. I want everyone reading this to remember what happened and come together to go after that low life , if for nothing else to make sure he NEVER does this to another group of peolple. Send to me Dan Leach at danleach@peoplepc.com your name and e-mail address or phone number. I am not going to let this die.

Georged is Right

I never did any business with BS, but I hope Georged isn't alone in trying to recoup his losses. And that good ol boy stuff is laughable, until you consider that if a cop caught you pissing against George's garage they would probably haul you off in cuffs for disorderly conduct.
Georged: I hope you make his life a living hell & get 100% compensation for your losses through every legal means available....losers like him don't have much but that doesn't mean he can't be miserable too.

I could not agree with you more. I have posted on here several times urging those who have been screwed to help me get the proper authorities involved, yet I have received only a few replies. I know that many of you think the police aren't going to pursue this, and you're right.....as long as only one or two people file a complaint, they aren't going to take us seriously. We shouldn't be sitting here whining about our losses. We should be out banging down the door of every agency we think could go after George.

As I posted earlier, my lawyer sent out several letters to the Georgia attorney general, Gwinnett County PD, Better Business Bureau, and US Postal Service. So far, we have heard back from the attorney general and the USPS. For those of you who don't think you need file a complaint, this comes directly from the letter I received from the Criminal Investigations Service Center of the United States Postal Inspection Service:

"As an investigative agency, it is our responsibility to gather facts and evidence to determine if the mails are being used in violation o fhte Mail Fraud or False Reperesentation Statutes. Evidence of this sort is based largely on the number and pattern of complaints received concerning a particular matter. If sufficient evidence is developed, the matter may be referred to the appropriate United States Attorney for consideration of prosecution."

As far as the attorney general goes, they won't pursue the case because they don't know where George is. However, they did say, "If we receive new information about the whereabouts or business operations of this party, or you are able to provide us this information at a later date, we will re-evaluate the situation concerning any possible action we might take." So if anyone finds out anything about George's location, please let me know.

Please guys, file your complaints. I cannot reiterate this enough. You don't need a lawyer to do it, and all it costs is a postage stamp. This was in my last letter from my lawyer, "Again, I cannot emphasize enough that the Attorney General's Office is more likely to act if everyone files a complaint. They might even be able to pursue criminal action."

So where is George. I need to talk to him about some issues I have with his ethics, if he has such a think. Maybe if he stops being an egoist and think about himself, he will relize that he owns me some money, which I do need back. Maybe I am waiting for a miracle, but the world gets smaller and one day we will meet, the money issue will be gone, but the humilation and uncertainty will be there so the outcome will be not a nice picture.

Piece..
