Need your help guys with Boost Solutions.
All it should take is a civil suit filed against him for theft. At that point the lawyer for the plaintiff should be able to aquire any information the police have to his whereabouts and any legal information pertaining to Boost solutions bankruptcy. Actually that is already out there if there are any filings.
Also if he has filed bankruptcy his location has to be known. He probably didn't go anywhere far he is probably just hiding out in some low rent ****hole.

We shouldn't be sitting here whining about our losses. We should be out banging down the door of every agency we think could go after George.
As I posted earlier, my lawyer sent out several letters to the Georgia attorney general, Gwinnett County PD, Better Business Bureau, and US Postal Service. So far, we have heard back from the attorney general and the USPS. For those of you who don't think you need file a complaint, this comes directly from the letter I received from the Criminal Investigations Service Center of the United States Postal Inspection Service:
"As an investigative agency, it is our responsibility to gather facts and evidence to determine if the mails are being used in violation o fhte Mail Fraud or False Reperesentation Statutes. Evidence of this sort is based largely on the number and pattern of complaints received concerning a particular matter. If sufficient evidence is developed, the matter may be referred to the appropriate United States Attorney for consideration of prosecution."
As far as the attorney general goes, they won't pursue the case because they don't know where George is. However, they did say, "If we receive new information about the whereabouts or business operations of this party, or you are able to provide us this information at a later date, we will re-evaluate the situation concerning any possible action we might take." So if anyone finds out anything about George's location, please let me know.
Please guys, file your complaints. I cannot reiterate this enough. You don't need a lawyer to do it, and all it costs is a postage stamp. This was in my last letter from my lawyer, "Again, I cannot emphasize enough that the Attorney General's Office is more likely to act if everyone files a complaint. They might even be able to pursue criminal action."

I don't get that the AG doesn't know where he is. Is it not true that bankruptcy was filed on behalf of Boost Solutions, LLC? If it was then the court knows where he is.
Did your attorney look up the bankruptcy of BS or George Marinov?
While I was in Cali, I have heard from some bulgarians there, who actually knew George (what the f**k), that he already moved back to bulgaria or something like that, but I do not believe them anyway. The point is, that some people need to check on that s**t if it is true, otherwise the civil suit against mo**n G. will go down the drain.
