They should sell the red shop evo8 and give their customers money back!!! Or people who never got their orders or money back get to take parts off the red shop evo8!!!

Just out of curiosity, how much did they charge you for the Defi control unit?

Why do think they declared Bankruptcy so they don't have to give stuff back.

to anyone that may have orders hanging out there, call your respective credit card companies and charge them back. at the moment that will be your only recourse to getting your money back.

George is a stand up guy. I met him and went to his shop to visit him. He drove his car all the way from GA recently for the Evo vs. Wrx Shootout - which was kind of cool for a 1,000 whp evo!

The sad reality is that many start up business do experience problems.

Heck look at Delta and Donald Trump's casinos in AC all going chapter 11.

I am sure that George will make good on all his finacial obligations to customers - he is a decent person

yeah well, im sure he will not
no matter what chapter he declraded, only the big creditors will get their money back

if he was a "standup guy" wouldnt take new orders knowing that he will declare bancrupcy

uncless bancrupcy just happens when you wake up

i worked for the guy. if he doesn't pay his employees when he's supposed to and short changes us the few times he does actually pay, and doesn't even so much as notify anyone of the unfortunate situation so they can come get their cars before people start looting the place, then i don't consider him too "stand-up". you met him, and he never was too much of an ******* for sure. but the fact remains he screwed countless customers and all of his employees over time and time again, no paychecks, empty promises to customers constantly, and now this... taking people's money and not completing crap on their cars and taking off without any notice, it's not gossip it's the real deal. he will never be able to make good on this whole situation.
