Again - Manuel - I'm sorry for recoemending them to you - I tried my best to help you. I wish I had just tuned your car myself
Al, please don't worry about it. I do not blame you at all. It was my choice and my decision to business with George. As I said before, I was taken in by George because he talked a very good game. Too bad that talk and deeds did not match up.
As for getting George's side of it, I'm sure that he has lots of explanations about what happened and why. I'm just afraid that most of them will be about other people's part in it

Peace,

Manuel

Hey, no biggie. Atlanta is fine without Busted Solutions. From what I know, there are already better options in place and they don't require going North of Georgia

unless you'd like to deal with the police i don't recommend it. plus i believe george would have packed up everything that wasn't bolted down so i doubt there's crap left in there except the dyno and lift. the police are watching the place closely right now, i haven't even had the gall to go by and see what cars are left although i may do that today to make sure everyone gets their carsf back.

P.S. I'm a newbie in this forum, but I'm well known over in the Supra community. I've dealt with Boost Solutions in the past, mainly as a customer...not too much recent experience though. I'm sorry to hear that he screwed so many fellow car guys.
For those who might want to know, where is AAP? how about a URL?

Need your help guys with Boost Solutions.

I had bought the following from George at Boost Solutions for my 300zx Twin Turbo:

Border 850cc - $1450
Tomei cams - $1680
Tomei Lifters/shims - $640
Tomei springs - $360

I had also sent him my complete engine for his machine shop to perfrom the work. I had paid for all the parts but not the labour. I then decided to sell my Z and asked him to buy the engine from me as is or take pics of the stuff so I can post them in the classified section and I would then pay him the labour and make some money back. He did not want to buy my engine and he never took pics. I now find out Boost Solutions went bankrupt

I paid them $2550 from my old credit card on April 4th. I no longer have the same credit card company which kinda sucks but I do have my old statement for proof. I called my CC and they said there is nothing they can do since the parts were bought on April. I trusted George and didn't expect it from him. He was such a great guy to deal with in the past.

The thing that really sucks is that he has my complete engine from my Z. What the heck do I do to get it back? I live in Canada so I really can't pursue the case since it will have to involve $$lawyers$$ and I'm not sure if its worth it. Can you locals help me out? I would pay you for your time to recover my Z parts. Maybe you guys can give me some phone #'s to help me out on getting my parts. If not, i guess I will have to fly down myself.I really liked George and I was in no hurry to get my engine or $$ back since I really trusted him and has always given me great service. Kinda sucks now since I'm stuck with no parts I paid for and don't have my Z engine. What would you guys do?

Hey everyone,

This thread will either remain on the topic of BOOST SOLUTIONS or it will be locked. That means shillling for other vendors and rumors and just plain stupid remarks will be removed.

Please start a thread in the regional forums to discuss other vendors and shops in your area. We plan to put a sticky concerning this matter as soon as we have enough information. Thanks.

sorry about boost solutions busting you up like that. he's been ****in people over since he started doing things other than selling parts.

and AAP is anderson audio and performance. they did some work on my Z and buddies supra. they work with mostly HI HP stuff, and are a bit pricey but do great work. they have a 8.5 sec supra as a shop car....
