Can anyone get me the trustee contact # that is handling this bankruptcy? I need my stuff. They shouldn't be considered in the bankruptcy since they are mine to begin with.

Listen, I worked for George too. I personally didn't care too much for George and how he oparates his business, and few of the people who worked for him doesn't care for him that much either.

But in life stuff happens. He done few things that was wrong but I'm don't think anyone has the right to judge a person, since most people don't know him that intimately, including myself.

I feel bad for his wife and 2 kids. No matter how much harm George did, I'm sure he didn't do it on purpose and if he did he's paying for his mistakes now. You guys should back off of him. Shlt happens in any small business and we all need to have some understanding about this whole situation. From what i've heard so far, it's all he said and she said.

Like the Dynoflash guy said, he is just a guy trying to make a living and sometimes it doesn't work out. You guys shouldn't treat him like some murderer or a thief. I'm sure he's got his reasons on why things happened the way it did. And when a person is cornered by the community that he believed in, he will say things that he doesn't mean.

I just wish his family will be ok and whatever cause or problems you may have, you should deal it with your credit company or the appropriate agency.

I think it would be best for all of us to move on and leave the man alone. He is not evil, just a fallen man due to circumstances. If you keep up with this, you're just living in the past and not living your life.

It's good to know there will be another shop opening in Georgia soon and that's a good news. We should all move to thinking positive about a new beginning instead of dwelling on an end.

He is a good person but a horrible business man.

Go Topspeed! lol.

I agree, there is no need to demonize George. I feel bad fior his family too. I never said he was a crook, but he did cost me thousands and thousands of dollars and he screwed up my car and hung me out to dry. His problems were caused by himself.

George was a SUPER nice guy to me in the past. He was always in time with my orders and went out of his way for me. He even ordered all my parts without a deposit. I just didn't expect him to keep my complete engine + parts. He could of called me a few days before the bankruptcy so we can settle everything. My stuff has nothing to do with this whole mess. I'm taking a HUGE loss with this ordeal. He should just call or email me to settle this. Its kinda hard to track my Z engine when I live 23 hours away.

Stop Defending the Criminal!

I surely dont understand why people are defending George. It was his own
choice to screw up his customers! There should be no reason for any conscience person to want to harm another. But with George, all he can think about was the
money! Greed was the reason for his demise. And I am so glad he went out of
business before he can harm more innocent people.
For all you who says he is "nice and caring" in person... all I can say is bull! Everything that comes out of his mouth are just lies and more lies--saying anything just to make you feel he was treating you like his friend....so you can pocket more
dough to fund his ego....but all that crap finally caught up...didnt
it George?

Some may say I dont have a right to post such post...
but I was one of his customer he screwed over...
people need to know about this criminal!
So they can learn from my mistakes and others
The only resolution I can see to this is for him to get some physical punishment
since the people he screwed will prolly get next to nothing back!;- )
Stop feeling sorry for his brown azz.

Wow, I thought that I was the only one out there who felt bad enough to post my complaints and dissatisfaction with George and Busted Solutions....... I wish more people would have stepped forward and backed me up, maybe we could have gotten some relief if he saw that he had to do something right.
The big problem was that some people came out on his defense and started bashing me while ignoring everything I said. That probably enboldened George to continue with denials of responsability, etc. Now it's too late.

No doubt.. reguardless of his intentions.. business is business. If it was me I'd be pursuing legal action and doing everything I could to make sure he never owns another business.

if he was such a nice and caring guy he would have AT LEAST helped his customers get whatever they own back from the shop instead of just running off with all kinds of stuff that didn't belong to him in a u-haul truck in the middle of the night . several times i listened to him telling people to lie for him on the phone, and he himself lying to customers to smooth things over with them instead of just being straight with them. that's just not right, and now people like pete that just jumped into this thread have to either take one to the sack and lose THOUSANDS of dollars over stuff that could've been shipped back to the poor guy before all this crap went down. same with the red 240 i was working on, now i've been busting my *** trying to track down parts to finish it for the kid because he has no car and george ran off with some rather crucial parts for it. i don't think he had any good intentions at all.

I am supposed to pick my car up from George tomorrow. Obviously, I'm screwed. Does anybody no if there is any cars left there?
I'm really at a loss here. Do I bother driving to ATL, or is everything gone?

First off, my heart goes out to all that lost parts + time + money.

Have any locals considered tracking this guy down in person? He obviously isn't going to post on here because it's been several weeks already. Tracking this guy down in person might be the only way anyone will see their parts again. It's quite possible he's got these parts still, and is selling them quietly to help dig himself out of financial troubles.

http://www.publicdata.com <--- a great site for tracking people.

My advice is to find where he's living, show up with the authorities, and attempt to get your things. Keeping your money is not necissarily a crime because he filed bankruptcy, but keeping your engines, parts, etc is 100% illegal.
