eh..i ordered from them when i got my first set of wheels and i had no problems...fast shipping too...got them in 3 days. a lot of times wheel companies don't keep good track of their stock so they might of had to order them for you. and tirerack sucks...no good selection of wheels.

Tire Rack tends to carry larger brands. I have to agree that it makes their selection suffer, but experience with them (ordering tires) was one of the easiest things I've done when it comes to my cursed car.

Finally after they hung up on me 8 times today..... i told them i was gonna call the credit card company and charge them with fraud.. they suddenly seemed to cooperate with me and gave me a tracking number... how funny is that... It took them Fu@kin 15 !!!!! days ~!~!!!!#@*&@#(*&_@#*( to just put them out for shipping.. WTF is that garbage... anyways... if you get wheelmax and you have a problem ... your going to get hung up on at least 5 times... and the managers friggen Pablo and Jade are retarded they dont know jack about whats going on and their shady as hell!!!!!!

i am currently planning to file a bbb complaint against wheelmax, for lying to me about purchasing another rim. i was trying to purchase another rim, because one was damaged by big10tires (also suck)... anyhow, 2 seperate employees told me that the rims were "discontinued", as in never to be made again. i even asked each of them twice. so low and behold, i sold my rims, and the guy i sold them to called to get a replacement for one (the rim rolls fine, just scratched a lot and had the dustcap broken, he was using them for autox anyhow) and he was told they would be in in 2 weeks.

i will not deal with wheelmax ever again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Im on the Wheel Max is a POS bandwagon. My rims from them started peeling on all 4 on the polished lip only. They told me that I could send them back for $100 shipping they would determine if it was manufacturing (of course it is, only the lip on all 4!) or my fault, if my fault I would be charged $100 more shipping and get them back exactly the same. I told them that was horse****, wrote a huge letter with detailed pics and sent it to the manufacturer, nothing. So I had a local dude sand blast them and paint them all black. WheelMax is a POS.
