Does anybody know what is going on with the vendor advertising on this site called Nino (www.ninosautoaccessories.com)? For over a month now I have been trying to get in touch with this guy and get no response. The phone number listed on his site has been disconnected. The new number provided on the recording didn't get me anywhere. It said something about them moving a shop so I waited patiently for a few weeks. I also sent emails but go not reply. So today I decided to give him a try once again and call the new number and this time get a voicemail recording saying something like this (woman's voice) "Hi my name is so and so, I don't know who Nino is and if you are calling for him you have a wrong number!" LOL! Where is this guy?

And if anyone cares to know why I am looking for this guy, it is b/c i bought a walbro fuel pump from him. When I got the package I discovered that:
1. Wrong model was shipped
2. the pump is damaged
3. Looks as if it has been "used" - smells of fuel

I called Nino promptly afterwards and he said he was going to take care of it. This was the last time I heard from him (over a month ago or so)

I figured if I post here someone else may have a clue what is going on with him.

I have ordered from Nino and had no probs. Evidentally people were starting to have problems in the end before he moved to FL. I spoke with him about 3 weeks ago for some cams and he said he was operating off his cell phone and he never called me back about a price for HKS cams so I got them elsewhere.

I ordered a TXS Stg II from Nino back on 08/02/04. When my package finally was delivered a 3 weeks later, it was missing the remote map selector switch. Ever since then, I've been emailing him, PM'ing, leaving VM msgs and I never get a response. I actually got a hold of him twice on the phone and reminded him to ship me out the switch, of course I never got nothing. I knew I was going to have a hard time getting this switch after he lied to me about the status of my original shipment (said he shipped it, when he actually didn't).

This is bullsh it, bad form Nino.

 

I hear you. Same thing here. I managed to talk to him twice ever since I ordered this damn thing. First time I called him b/c i ordered the pump and a week later it still hasn't shipped. He also told me me it shipped, but it didn't (I let that one go) The 2nd time I called him is when I got the damanged and wrong pump. He then said he was going to send me a new one. This was the last time I heard from the guy.

 

If you ever hear from him, please let me know and I'll make sure to do the same.

I hope the admins remove his banner, if they haven't done so already. Ripping off members of this community should not be tolerated. I'm sure if he ever shows up, he'll claim some BS about how he's in the process of moving or whatever. That excuse ain't going to fly again, have the courtesy and take the 10 minutes to respond to your pending sales.
