You need to retain a lwayer ASAP to assist you. It depends on your record as to whatthe judge does. If it is your first offense you should be allright, depending on the judge. Good Luck man and drive Safely.

One time i got Charged Negative driver (reckless) i go 65 in 35 zone.. I went court ask for Drive School and Reduce Charge.. Judge Say ok they reduce charge from 655 to 200 dollar and take drive school online! it easy!!!.... FYI im 20.. I never went jail.. Judge told me I have until Jan 20th my probation will be finish beacuse they watch me 6 month with out Addicent or Speeding.... Then After 6 month.. no ticket then I will be clean Drive record and My insurance will not going up or Know what happend..

the sherrif was a dick...he couldnt just give me a warning...even though...there wasnt any car within five miles..i was out in the country..... he even made jokes because he pulled over a race car driver going 105 earlier this week...and i guess i went faster than him 110....he joked if i was trying to be a race car driver...

2x the speed limit or over 100 will almost always qualify you for reckless driving

110, damn, that is pretty bad.
My boy lost his license for 6-months doing 137 in a 60 in his APR stg3 GTI, that is why you got hauled off to jail, the cop has the option.

Well, 110MPH is definetly "reckless" according to just about every municipality. So, if you can get the charges down to a fine with a lawyer, go for it. It's free all you have to do is request a lawyer. You may end up walking to work for a while. Depends on your lawyer and judge. But fight it and find out everything about how he registered you speeding.

i just turned 18 a while ago..i duno if that helps...

the reason is i was lost out in the country..no cars..no houses...i was going 60mph in the 55mph speed limit for half an hour...i couldnt see any stop lights i could turn miles away...i guess i got frustrated and speeded up to see if i can turn around at the next corner...i speeded up and happened to passed a sherrif...i was pulled over imediately...
