Do you think I still need to bring it to another shop for inspection?

Seriously though, I spoke to my dealership and he said there are no more MRs and the one that I ordered is among the last made for this year, this coming straight from the district reps mouth. I don't see any reason why he would be lying to me, since I am already buying. But who knows ... I don't think your dealership will be able to get any more 05 MRs allocated as
has stopped production. Unless they are 06s??? I guess time will tell ....

We start discussing the purchase of the car and I tell them I don't need their financing...as I will pay cash. All of a sudden, the moods shifts. The sales person immediately leaves and brings in the dealership GM. He walk up and states, "...So you want to pay cash...how about I give you the MR instead for $31,000?" My initial reaction was that of shock, since I have read numerous forum posting of what the dealers are asking for the MR's. I told them I would sleep on it and let my friends a the forum give me their perspective.
So what do you think...it he is full of it...or, should I jump at the opportunity?
