I'm wondering why the aftermaket support isnt' there for the vortex generator.

it's such a simple thing to make and make it cheap. Or even make it in CF and sell it at $170 ~ $200.

I think I'll wait until the after market vortex generator comes out.

nope, its as easy as you heard. the instructions it comes with are straight forward

open trunk
carefully pull back weather stripping to roof (i think 5 clips on each side)
peel back double sided tape from center (you have to score the front one cause theres no break in the tape from the middle) an inch or so, so it sticks out from under.
line up both sides under weather stripping, double check.
push down tape in the center to secure
pull tape backing off all the way, rub down to assure contanct
put back on weather stripping to trunk
close trunk

takes 5 minutes
