i had the exact same experience, same choice of cars. except when i acutally got the evo she fell in love with it 3x over. first when she actually saw it and sat in it, then i let her drive it. then we went up into the snow with it on snow tires. she just bought an 04 325i which is her baby. she feels the same about her car as i do for mine, perfect relationship

This is my suggestion.
If your not going to marry her and if you don't have any kids. Go to the nearest club, bar, or hang out and trade Her in for a yonger newer model.
