Go JDM!!! Buy the MR valve. It's cheaper than most out there- is aluminum and works great.

yup- and it is a little. The piston is a bit stiffer which I think causes for a harsher let off. If it's not that then it's the fact that the air isn't housed in plastic but aluminum. Just sounds better IMO.

But whatever you do don't go FORGE. I heard the APR (I think that's it) is really good.

Greddy Type S recirculated will definitely get you a little louder. All you will hear is a little wimpish psst. And no idle problems with the smaller spring removed.

Now if you want to step up to the plate and have the Types S, VTA, then you will definately be louder with shifts above 3000 rpm, but you will actually be quiter below that point.

I run a MR diverter valve, it's a little louder than stock. I have heard that the APS valve is pretty good along with the bov offered from Works.

The air filter is the key to hearing the BOV more pronounced. Change the air filter and get a Turbo XS recirc, put two washers in it and it'll be perfect. It flutters a little than lowe throttle let offs at cruising speeds are harsh-sometimes, but otherwise, smooth as glass and high PSI holding power. No leaks!

not saying all forge priducts are bad- sorry if I came off that way. But I had really bad luck witht he FORGE DV. It looks really cool- and seems to be a good product- but unless you're running stock intake I wouldn't recomend it.

I had some surge running stock intake, and then once I installed the perrin short ram it would surge no matter what RPM or gear I shifted in. After trying all the different springs in the kit I gave up- sold it- and got the MR.
