No way! Expensive, adds 35lbs, and sacrafice ridigity. Evo is a race car. \"the principle\"

Yes, I like sunroofs. Won\'t make that much performance gain. Not road racing anyways.

I dont have a sunroof but would love to have one. It kinda scares me to think that people who don't track their cars regularly are complaining about 35lbs upsetting cornering characteristics on the street. Its not a pure racecar, as others said

hey the only reason i got the ssl over the mr is cause of the sunrrof and leather.
you spend 34k on a car you should get at least leather if not a sunroof. how many other cars 35k base price don't have either?- besides the H1 and the M3(optional leather), i can't think of any.

Those who get the RS do not get it to speed on the streets. Those who get the RS tend to not give a damn about the wing, moonroofs, stereos and power accessories. All I care about is an AC and the RS comes with one in CA.

The RS is for the track. It is for people who do not want attention on the street and do not crave attention. I just wish the RS came with the JDM taillight rather than those ugly clear lens ricer tailights.

Never use it. Not worth the weight or expense.

it all depended on the person who is buying the car, if you want one you can get it if you wont it more for racing or to have the lighter load then don'[t get one, i think it is good that they do come with sunroof to make all people happy, i have one on my 03 evo but on my next evo that i will get in another 2 yrs i probably wont get one, but it all depends

nothing like driving with all your windows and your sunroof open on an mountain road in the summer.

Sunroof all the way. FOr the summer. And it also helps vent some air when it's raining.

From: Aberdeen, NJ now in Ca.
I bought an '82 Capri RS 5.0 with T-tops (new, special order in 1981). It was awesome, until I modified the suspension and built the engine. With the weakness caused by the cut-up top the body would twist with aggressive driving. After about 3 months it started leaking and I had to start using vasaline to keep it from leaking on my recaro seats. Since then I have had a bad taste in my mouth about cutting a hole in my roof.
