here are the pics of the official tech training book
And for Christ's sakes, if you can't trust the tech book they handed out to the technicians they're training to work on this thing, then......God, what more do you want??!!! The president of Mitsubishi Motors to show up and say, "Konichiwa, Limey-chan. I wish to tell you about my Evolution. It has All Wheel Drive. Sayanara!" (Before anybody corrects me on my Japanese suffixes, I know what I'm saying.)

Thank you GPTourer! I'm going to post this one pic. It's from the tech book on the US SPEC Evo. After this, I'll have done all I can.
Look at where it says drivetrain. Please tell me what that says.....yes, that's right, AWD. Now unless you think Mitsubishi means "Active Wheel Drive" or "Africa Was Dope!", then you'll see that it means, in writing, that we're getting "All Wheel Drive".

Hi everyone. I have been reading the board for a short time and wanted to get onboard !! I hope to get my white, A00 spec in about March time. I have owned two Subaru 2.5 RS coupes and have dreamed of this for many years! I am truely stunned at the level of knowledge and infomation you all have shared in recent weeks! I especially love the pictures and info from the dealer training mauals. I am above averagely familiar with this, and most other, cars and will do my best to help.
One interesting feature (as far as my mind is concerned) that no-one seems to have talked about (forgive me if I missed it) -- if you look closely at the rear wing, there seems to be a couple of inboard holes which would suggest the option of choosing different angles of attack for the wing itself. The only other street car I've seen this on is the later model Skylines. Has anyone seen one close up well enough to notice this?
And if anyone lives near Santa Barbara and wants comps to the L.A. show, I'll gladly oblige.

Unfortunately, this is not the case. Unless they decide to change something at the last minute and surprise us, it has already been listed on Japanese websites as an unadjustable wing.
