AutoXRay obd II scanner anybody else have one?

I just bought it cuz its supposed to scan almost every car but when i hook up the yellow obd II scanner it says vehicle not responding??? anybody else have this problem? thanks

Don't have one but have used other OBDIIs.

Do you have the car ignition switched on? Plug it in and then switch the ignition on and it should read.

i tried both blue and yellow connecters ign. on and car running still dont know why, i checked there website and no mitsu's above 1999

I wish someone who's more familiar with this OBDII can help. If you've tried everything then see if you can get a refund.

Not sure if you have AutoZone in Texas but they sell one that does read codes for our cars. It sells for $150 and is super easy to use.

Are you quite sure that you have the OBDII scanner plugged into the port correctly? If it is not seated correctly, it will not link to the vehicle. The OBDII port on our cars seems kind of fragile, but you need to set the port fully. The best test of this is that the car battery should power the scanner when it is fully set. Check your connections again.
