SRS light kill or turn off with opensource or obd 2 scanner?

SRS light kill or turn off with opensource or obd 2 scanner?

hey guys-

i know that some aftermarket steering wheels come with a little resister thing to shut off the SRS light, anybody know how to DIY one?

or can i shut it off with OBD2 scanner or opensource cable? i need to go for inspection soon, and its on for some weird reason

You just want the light to not turn on on the dash? You should probably take care of the real problem so your safety features are still functioning.

The obd2 nor opensource will remove srs lights. You need to go to mitsu and have them use their mut tool.

Were you playing with the yellow connectors near the headlights?

previous owner tripped it off by accident, i dont really feel like paying an arm for the dealer to do it, but i guess if its the only way to remove that light, ill have to. i dont mind disabling the airbag for trackdays, but would prefer it working for normal-
