Crower cams, installed and running AWSOME

Here is a spec sheet from crower on these cams. If you notice on the right it tells you what kit you need to buy to install these cams. PN 84175 is new valve springs and Ti retainers. So crower only recommends stage 1 with stock valvetrain.
i tell you i searched high and low for info on cams. but i recall hearing you had to replace some springs and retainers if you went with these cams and some others. so i ended up going with HKS . but congrats on the deal i bet you feel a good difference with them.
there is also "brian crower" cams briancrower.com
The specs on the 272/272 are, (part #BC0111 )
Adv. Dur: 272°/272°
Dur @ .050: 206°/206°
lift (in.): .415"/.388"
Lift (mm): 10.54/9.86
These cams for a little over $300
