That is where the ACD switch is on the JDM EVO. Just switch dashes to the left side.

ACD would be great, but "deploy hot blonde" has my vote!

well, it looks like the acd button on the jspec interior picture... notice how there seems to be no other button that could be acd, but the acd display is on the jspec tach.:

also, anybody notice that in ALL the pictures of the evo interior we've seen, j-spec and usdm, there is only a single din opening. hopefully it will be an option, but but it looks like its definitely not standard:

They have a double din option. Here is a pic. It relocates the A/C controls under the dash.

Could the switch be the "crusie control on/off" switch on the US spec ones? I know a lot of Japanese car companies like to put those on the dash.

FYI in case you haven't followed the other posts, there is the possiblity that the picture is not even from a US Evolution.

As some have said, however, this does appear to be a US spec due to the lack of high thigh bolsters on the seats. The J-spec evo's have much higher bolsters.

That definitely isn't a j-spec... wouldn't the steering wheel be on the right side?

Cruise? What cruise control? I highly doubt the Evo will come with Cruise, since all other Mits models specifically list that in the feature list, and I've never heard a mention of it.

Oh, so THAT'S what those ******* buttons do. So if I press the fog light button it turns on the ACD? Now I can finally use my car to it's full potential! Thanks!
