Got Pulled Over today 12-29-04 8:30pm
yes being in the military is great. I just pull out my Military ID, and that along with my Airborne Specialty plates it turns in to a conversation about the military or something, Usually I dont even get bothered because of my plate which is very hard to get. I dont abuse this benefit like a lot of people who know cops or are sons of cops. Usually they just feel its a get out of Jail free card and they own the roads. I do some crazy stuff but not out of hand.

Here's a scenario for you:
-Car going 100ish mph on the 5 south in SoCal
-2 People in the car late for duty
-Cop pulls car over for 35 over the limit
-Cop see's the occupants are military and is informed they are late for duty
-Cop says dont get in an accident and semper fi
-Occupants make it to duty right on time

PBA cards are the biggest LOAD of CRAP I have ever heard of. What ever happened to equal protection under the law. I would love to shut that crap down. Along with this military ID get off scott free nonsense too. This is pure corruption, any way you slice it...
