I'm not wanting to rehash a topic which has been discussed before, but want to share some info... Bugs me to no end to be stuck with crappy 91 octane cali gas. I've been using xylene/toluene to bump my octane to 93, but have read a lot about Torco octane booster, mainly on subaru and corvette boards.

Torco claims that 32oz of their booster + 10gal 93 octane gas = 104 octane.

The distributor that I got my torco from actually had the octane tested. he added 32 oz of torco to 10 gallons of 91 octane gas and came up with 96.5 octane. I've included the report here. I even called the company that ran the tests and confirmed the results.

FWIW, this is the best data that I've seen on the boards for any octane booster. I figure that 16oz of torco with each fillup with 91 octane will get me above 93 octane pretty easy. Thought some of you might find the data interesting.
